The Mountain Gate Primary School community welcomes you and your family. We trust that our association will be happy and productive.

Tours for Foundation 2024 commence in March. Please contact the school for dates and times.

How to Enrol

Please phone the school on 9758 2811 or visit the office to obtain an information pack. In the information pack, you will find an enrolment form.

Alternatively, you can print our online enrolment form below.

To enrol your child, simply complete the form and hand it in at the office, along with your child’s Birth Certificate/Extract of Entry (which will be photocopied and returned to you) and your child’s Immunization Certificate.

Students residing in this zone are guaranteed a place at our school, which is determined on the basis of your permanent residential address.

Evidence of residential address will be required.

The Department provides guidance through the Enrolment: Designated neighbourhood schools – school zones to ensure that students have access to their designated neighbourhood school and the freedom to choose other schools, subject to facility limitations.
